Six years ago, I decided to leave my career in journalism to share my lifestyle choices with like-minded people on Instagram. A couple of years later, I joined the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to become a Certified Health Coach with a holistic approach to overall health.
During my studies, I learned that one of my closest relatives had been diagnosed with brain cancer, which unfortunately took his life in just a couple of months.
His departure was devastating but reinforced my desire to inspire and share anti-inflammatory recipes that are good for the gut and can serve you, especially if you are struggling with gluten sensitivities, and breakouts.
Today, I approach health from a holistic standpoint, embracing home-cooking, relationships, career, spirituality, physical activity, and creativity by incorporating daily cardio and weight lifting, daily group meditations, home cooking, and food photography into my daily routine.

But also by keeping in mind that there is no one-size-fits-all approach, just as we are unique in terms of mind, body, and spirit, we are unique in what supports our overall health and happiness.
